ABOUT
Listening to people's stories is one of my favorite things. I love seeing the connections that have made them who they are. I write most about people, their passions, outdoor recreation, and sports.
I am currently the digital sports editor for 406 MT Sports where I do everything from write stories, take photos, shoot/edit videos, create graphics and manage our social media. I collaborate with all our reporters and editors to identify opportunities for new and innovative ways of covering the unique stories that populate our state.
I got my start covering track and field as a grad student at the University of Oregon where I covered NCAA championships, World Indoor Championships and the 2016 Olympic Trials. I learned that no matter where someone finishes, they always have a story to tell about the journey that got them there and I strive to take that approach in whatever story I happen to be working on.
I have a Masters of Science in Journalism from the University of Oregon and hold a Bachelors degree from Rocky Mountain College.
